    INSPIRATION


    According to research, over 90% of Gen Z experience mental health issues, and more than 55% need therapy. However, many young adults have difficulty accessing mental healthcare. They face challenges such as expensive consultation fees, long waiting times to see doctors, and difficulty opening up to strangers.





    INTERVIEW



    PROBLEMS



    • Exam week caused a mental issue that influenced her health to decline.
    • The pressure from job searching caused insomnia and loss of hair
    • Forgot to check up on health status, which caused the late treatment 





    DESIGN CONCEPT



    Stress is not just mental — it affects the body. This app is designed to intervene early, helping users recognize stress signals before they escalate into physical health crises.


    Target group
    Young adults who are university students or have graduated, who are looking  for a job

    Goal
    The goal of this app is to support proactive mental health care by combining quick daily stress check-ins, accessible online medical consultations, and community-based support, enabling users to manage stress before it impacts their physical well-being with low-cost, shorter waiting times, and easier access to the health care resource.
