NUIT
[ ABOUT ]
Nuit is a sleep advisory toolkit designed to help users improve their sleep through personalized insights. It consists of two connected devices: a sleep recorder, which monitors the user's sleep patterns by tracking body temperature, and a printer, which provides tailored sleep advice based on the recorded data. By offering practical and potentially life-changing suggestions, Nuit helps users develop healthier sleep habits and enhance their overall well-being.

WHAT IS INSOMNIA?
Insomnia is a common sleep disorder that affects a significant portion of the population and resonates personally, as many in our team and peer group have experienced sleep difficulties.
According to the CDC(Centers for Disease Control), 14.5% of adults have trouble falling asleep, and 17.8% struggle to stay asleep. To design effective interventions, it is crucial to understand the underlying causes and behaviours associated with insomnia.
